A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Metuchen, NJ emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Our Metuchen, NJ emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.

Portable pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers are stocked on emergency trucks so mitigation can start the moment we arrive.
